Blockbuster Brains

Another from Mark Bourne’s topic on SFF.net, this one posted by Janna Silverstein (lots of good stuff as I catch up on my unread newsgroups). It’s a story about how basically film illiterate but highly paid movie industry hacks are using the $8/hour labor of video rental clerks to do their homework for them. Enjoyable, yet scary, article. It is at Salon.com so you need to do the day pass thing if you aren’t subscribed. Trust me, it is worth it.
