4 Weeks on Eat to Live

Not much to say this time, but just to point out that I’m down three more pounds from last week and five pounds from my first big post about my eating. The downward trajectory has leveled off but is still downward. I’m now in the high 180s and very close to reaching the 185 pound goal that I never came within 10 pounds of in the previous 18 months. Eat to Live, yo!

  1. I forgot to note this in the main post. If you click through to the blog and look at the full graph it is more apparent, but the 23 pounds I am down this month is starting from a point already 15 pounds down from 18 months ago. That point was already down 15 pounds from a few years prior. If you know me from the mid-2000s then I am down over 50 pounds from that point.

  2. I am sprinkling healthy food amongst my survival mode crap food, thanks to your updates. I don’t have time to read them, but they do remind me, so keep it up. For *my* sake. LOLOLOL

  3. Thanks Viv Schubert. If you get to a point where you can actually follow this plan, it has a lot of benefits. My weight is down, my blood pressure is down. It’s got a lot of benefits.
