Poor planning for post-war Iraq

Here’s an article about lack of planning involved in the Iraq war. This is kind of scary, considering that many of the top officials in the Bush regime have been planning for years to invade Iraq at the first possible excuse, that they completely ignored or evaded those who actually had thought through the issues involved in winning the war. Scary stuff, and every day US citizens and Iraqies are dying needlessly because of the arrogance of these pricks.
