I saw an announcement on comp.lang.java.announce for a Java product called Web Bulletin. The PR says that it can be a drop in that creates a bulletin board or news type site easily in a JSP or servlet environment. I browsed the site, and realize that this is the same group that also put out XMLConfig which I believe I have blogged about before. Add this stuff to the ever growing pile of things to check out.
