Uncle Bob

Here’s the post that made me drop Robert C. Martin’s development blog from my aggregator. I liked his talk at CJUG the other month, but his blog appears to be him intermittently trying to stir shit up by making some absurd claim why some unobjectionable thing is bad, supported with wild empty strawman arguments. “Debuggers are bad, add printlines!” “Web services suck, create your own protocol and open a socket!” “Standard, common ways of doing things aren’t good so let’s each do it a different way, just like we did in the 70’s!” Enough, Uncle Bob. If you’re going to waste my time, I’ll turn my attention elsewhere.
