There is so much stuff I want to do, but I feel like I’m running in wet cement. Joy to me, for the first time in my life I’m getting migraines the last few days. How could I have missed this? Headaches that make your eyes hurt and make you feel like you are going to puke are really something.
Lots of day job stuff is keeping me busy too, so I’m pretty loaded down. Although I posted a podcast last night, it was really recorded on Sunday night so I’m running way behind. I’d like to do a new one wrapping up Bloggercon, maybe I’ll do it tonight. The longer I wait, the more I will forget so I don’t want to wait too much longer. I also want to write up my “recipe” of how I record them for Doc Searls and others who were asking. Last night, as soon as work was over I took a nap to rest my throbbing head and eyes. It was all I could do to post the writeup to an audioblog that had been on the Bittorrent feed for days.
I’ve got so much to talk about, I think I’ll do everything I can to record one tonight. Sorry for the delay, friends and neighbors.

maybe you are turning into the contortionist handbook dude..with his godsplitter headaches
For me, the only thing that gets rid of migraines once I have them is sleep, and lots of it. I usually can head off the worst of the pain by mega-dosing myself with ibuprofen: my doctor prescribed some 800mg ones for me that work pretty well. If I catch them early enough, they don’t turn into the face punching, hide from light under a blanket and try to not throw up variety.
Hope you feel better soon. If they persist, go see your doctor and talk to him about ’em.
