  1. butt (pun intended), this fine product is a major sponsor of the #24 Chevrolet which will compete full-time in this year’s NASCAR Busch Series. The car will be driven by Kim Crosby, a Slidell LA junior high school principal; she has the distinction of being the third woman to compete in a full season schedule in NASCAR Busch or Nextel Cup.
Here’s a quote from her sponsor’s website, naturally enough http://www.buttpaste.com:

To NASCAR, she’s had to explain just exactly what you do with her title sponsor’s product, Boudreaux’s Butt Paste.

“They wanted to know what it is, where it’s applied,” Crosby said. “I told them it’s even good for chapped lips, though people are reluctant to put it there.”

Finally, you can actually buy a one-pound tub of this stuff for $24.99.
    Man, what a country!

  2. Yeah, that looks like several other products that we used on our boys – diaper rash is no fun for *anyone*, whether you are the rashee or the parent. With the zinc oxide, I rather imagine it is also about the same thing that you see on most lifeguards’ noses. -sln
