EGC Clambake For September 16, 2006

Here is the Bittorrent link and direct MP3 download for the EGC clambake for September 16, 2006.

I play a live version of the New York Dolls from the Henry Rollins show on IFC; I talk about my talk at PME and conversing with Tony Kahn; I play commentary from Ted Riecken; I play a live song from Sonic Youth; I talk more about the PME talk; send me your show logo or your web page URL; on podPress, did I err? I play a poem by Guillermo Gomez-Pena from the RU Sirius show; I play a song from Rickie Lee Jones and head out.

Don’t think anyone else has commented on this so let me be the first. The new intro addition of Jonathan Coulton …”an Evil Genius in love” rocks. Good call.

  2. Dom Barnes says:

    Hey Dave.

Just wondering, how come there is such a delay between the podcast appearing on the main blog and it appearing on the MP3 only feed?

    Keep up the clambakes!

I have a script that builds the MP3 only feed out of the main feed, and it runs once a day. This one took longer because of my fiddling around with podPress and the false starts therein. Typically, the MP3 feed should update overnight after the day I post it.
