My interview with author Paul Malmont is the newest episode of Voices in your Head. I’m not yanking anyone’s chain when I say that I really loved his book The Chinatown Death Cloud Peril. If you listen to the show, you’ll hear my enthusiasm for the pulps – Doc Savage in particular. This book is a big sloppy wet kiss to that era, and I was all over it. My report card for you-you kicked ass and your enthusiasm for topic was obvious. Left me feeling very much the outsider looking in since I haven’t read the works that you 2 were discussing and know them on very peripheral basis at best. Net result-my interest in reading them has been greatly piqued.
