    For being on the beach during a windy day this sounded really really good. What did you use to record it?

    John, thanks. It was with the Zoom H2 handheld recorder with the foam windscreen on. I was standing on the leeward side of one of those wooden lifeguard storage boxes. It definitely sounded less windy than it felt.
