  1. On the time tracker notification question, I think the technique is commonly called “Pomodoro”. I like the Andriod app Clockwork Tomato as an implementation. The developer is pretty responsive if you have issues or want to make feature requests.

  2. Dave, I’m personally fine with the one long episode; I listen to a lot of long podcasts now, and there’s no big issue for me. (also not a problem to me that an occasional podcast is a different length).

    As for Hangout times, I’m east coast like you, so your times are fine with me!
