Evil Genius Chronicles Podcast for June 7, 2015 – Aspirations and Reality repost

Note: this was originally posted with the wrong episode attached. I tried to fix it and it seems like problems persist so I am just creating a whole new post so that subscribers will get it. Sorry for the problems, listeners. On the upside, the number of people who noticed and cared was pretty gratifying. Thank you.

In this episode, I play a song by Steve Conte; I talk about the smallness of what prevents action; I talk about beer and how the term “session beer” kind of impugns the craft beer movement; I discuss ceasing to drink sodas; I talk about topics that came up from Marc Gunn’s and Derek Coward’s recent podcasts; I close by talking about the gap between aspirations and reality.

  1. Great episode Dave! Loved the comments on session beer! Think about doing a beer themed podcast once in a while. It would be cool to hear you talk about beer other than IPA’s, which are totally cool but everybody seems to be talking about those. It was great to hear you mention that peanut butter porter. Also enjoyed your topic of aspirations! Right on the $.
