  1. From here until either me or the last Baby Boomer kicks off, this is the form I will take. Stating “Kids don’t do X” will get counter-trolled about the technology of their grandparents. I wish I had thought of this 40 years ago

    1. I have a zero tolerance for the idea that any generation is morally declining by using the available technology. Everyone for the last 10,000 years has played the hand they were dealt.

    2. Agreed, I hate the flack millennials get. Plus this whole idea of generational divided is bs designed to make us blame other generations instead of the politicians and law makers mucking things up

    1. If you read the book GENERATIONS by Strauss and Howe, they have excerpts from editorials of the 1750s and 1760s talking about what uncontrollable uncouth beasts the founder fathers’ generation was. Everyone hated them, up until they needed to harness that wildness to kick out the British.

  2. I can use GPS properly and a sextant and a compass and can triangulate my position. I’ll be the one in the SF movie that knows how to use the outdated tech that no one understands anymore ?
