One thing about Body For Life, I spend a lot of time thinking and waiting for and anticipating the free day. It's tomorrow, and I can't wait. Last week I had some candy, a braunschweiger sandwich and a big drippy tasty burger from my neighborhood faux British pub, complete with cheese fries. Yum. Tomorrow I'm going to drink some beer, yeah buddy. Maybe I'll have a donut or three, a cheese steak, some pizza, ice cream, or whatever floats my boat.
