No Title
Lest it all be too dire, I'm having good success on my workout/diet plan. I'm down ~10 pounds for the first 4 weeks. This includes both fat loss and muscle gain, so I've lost a little more fat than whatever the scale says at any time. The last two days I scored local minima on the scale, numbers I haven't seen in a while. If I lose 5 more pounds, I'll be where I was when I wanted to lose weight a year and a half ago. thout a thing needed on the Palm side. Hell, I might try to write one myself if I don't like this one.
