After a long absence, the band of the day is back! This time it is a musician I heard on WREK yesterday, Shannon Wright. She has a haunting voice and the song I heard yesterday "Dirty Facade" is kind of slow and spooky in the best way. I know nothing about her that isn't on the web page, although I see that she played town a few weeks ago. I grow weary of finding new bands only to see that they've already been through Atlanta in the recent past.
