I've gotten multiple calls for "Lawrence" on my office phone today, as well as numerous hangups on my voice mail when I came back from vacation yesterday. They all have that background sound that stinks of boiler room - whether bill collectors or telemarketers or whatever, there are a lot of people making calls in the room. After the first one, I told all subsequent callers that "Lawrence had to be taken out back and shot because he kept bugging me by calling me on the phone." is songs came up a few minuts ago. I have 577 tracks in there, so there's about a 1/25 chance the next one will be his. Roll the dice, bob your head. Michelle Malone is rocking me with "Medicated Magdalene" at the moment. Stephen Franks, the screenwriter, is the genius that came up with the whole "it's the Cadillac of minivans" bit solely because they needed a visual way to suggest that everyone wanted to be Chili Palmer and he had this idea of Hollywood types driving around in stupid cars simply because he does.
