Wowza! Here's one that would be hard to believe except that it is easy to believe: Windows XP can be booted without a password if you have a Windows 2000 CD. Microsoft is downplaying it, but this is really bad. Any janitor with one of these CDs can go nuts in any office, breaking into computers at will.
