I just noticed a neat feature of the iPod Shuffle that I should have actually noticed before. When you unplug the headphones, it automatically pauses! Right on! I wear it all day as I work, and keep wearing it as I walk around the house. It's not uncommon for the loop to snag on something and get yanked out of the plug. I'm usually surprised that it hasn't gone farther when I jack back in, but only by watching I noticed that the flashing green pause light comes on when I unplug it. Someone was really thinking that day!
