First pass of editing my Converge South video is done. I took the 43 minutes of all footage (how did I shoot that much?) and edited out the obviously unusable, leaving 17 minutes of potentially usable. Now comes the really hard part. How many seconds of chopping barbecue is enough vs too much? This stuff is hard! The worst part will be the titles. I think the iMovie titling stuff is absolute crap, but you play the hand you are dealt and I ain't springing for Final Cut just for this.

I have a cup of coffee and I'm diving in. I'm not sure if I'm going to meet my self-imposed deadline of publishing this at noon, but I'm going to try. Wish me luck.
