In the room, about 20 minutes before the talk is to begin. It's not quite the brown trousers experience of last year, but it is still a pretty large room and the basic human fear of this stuff is hard to suppress. Hopefully when the adrenaline rush kicks in, I'll open mouth, deploy index cards, ???????, then the magic happens.
